MAF Test week 2
My second week doing a MAF test!

The test is on the elliptical:
15 minutes warm up (5 min at HR 100, 5 at 110, 5 at 120)
30 minutes at HR 130 (my range is 125-135, supposedly)
Logging time and distance every 5 minutes
15 minutes cooldown (HR=120, 110, 100)

Today, i did it while watching "Dirty Jobs" - fun show. Gourds.

What I notice:
My times this week were better than last week (at least the first 5 are)
My last 5 minutes are definitely slower than my first 5 minutes.

Curious about next week.
