** Updated with feedback from the spouse, matched with GL index numbers

Looking through what I’ve logged for the last month -  
I highlighted any days where a) sugar above 50g, b) fat above 50g, or c) cholesterol over 25g.
I then went through the items of the day and highlighted the individual items that contributed the most to the overage.
Then I went through the items.

 Here are my top offenders - the categories of S=sugar, F=fat, C=Cholesterol
The “Maybe” column is stuff that sometimes was bad, sometimes wasn’t, depending on quantity.
The “Yes” column is stuff that I didn’t have to x out.
