Run to church and back
I ran to church for dinner today.. well, ya, jogged..

4:52pm 27min run to church 2.2 miles 357 cal 155 avghr staying in HARD zone 150-168
6:33pm 34min run home 2.2 miles 361 cal 141 avghr staying in MODERATE zone 130-149

For the second one, I had to alternate jogging and running to keep my HR down. by the end, though i could jog very slowly and keep it around 145.

I'm quite pleased with the 27 minutes to church .. difference from before is i was wearing shorts and NOT carrying the 10+ lb backpack.
