I had been fighting it, but I finally surrendered, and jogged to my meeting tonight.   My times are posted on twitter..

Good news!  My times are just under what I did in November just before thanksgiving.. AND my heartrate is down by 10bpm.  IE - I'm getting healthier!

Also proud that I did it. 

Now i have to go eat like 500 calories of something, because i'm under what I should be doing.  (The jog only gave me like 230 more calories to eat, so I was already under)

Hopin' to see some downward motion on the weight-o-meter.

Also, i hear there's a rumor that LJ might be going away.. just in case, i installed ljArchive and it downloaded all my posts (1133? wow) and comments and stuff. Worked pretty well.
