Weight chart.
Updated weight chart:

Got thrown off the regimen by some early morning meetings at work about a new project. Back on track today.. albeit minus the workout. Molly and I are trading off - days she has to go in early, i stay at home till after Q gets on the bus - other days, I can go in to the Y early. No workout tonight, as I get to go to Costco for more soccerKid supplies (feeding an entire middleschool team, yay).

My last jount on the treadmill, i saw some improvement - lower heart rate for the same exercise, at least as far as walking goes. Yay! Keep on truckin'.
